Shortly after graduating from Aquinas Junior College in 1986, Michelle joined Kotin, Crabtree & Strong in Boston and spent her 37-year career there.

Michelle was first a legal assistant/paralegal, where she worked with Maryann for many years after Maryann joined the firm as a Real Estate Associate.

While raising her family, Michelle became the Billing Representative at the firm, which also included managing real estate deposits and a variety of other duties and projects.

Several years later, Michelle took over the position of Accounting Manager. This role encompassed an expanded role in the bookkeeping and accounting field, including a more active role in the management of operating, client funds and real estate transactions.

Simultaneously, with 17 years of her career at KC&S, Michelle also was the Office Manager for a family business and managed all the financial, regulatory and management aspects of it.

Although Michelle recently retired from Kotin, Crabtree & Strong (with many fond memories) to pursue other interests, she brings her many years of legal, accounting and business experience to Cassidy Law and she is excited that she can continue her career, while also being able to spend more time pursuing hobbies, such as reading, walking, traveling, spending time at the ocean on Cape Cod, MA, and going on adventures with her family and friends.
