TRUE: Maryann’s mother was a well known real estate broker in the Acton, MA area and her father, as a structural engineer, often assisted commercial property owners with engineering issues.  As a child, Maryann often designed floor plans and drew building elevations.  Although her first choice as a career was architecture, she was told that there was a lot of math involved.  She quickly moved on to her next choice – law.
